Sheepeater Ridge

Panorama Sheepeater Ridge

This is a view of Sheepeater Ridge from atop of Mount McGuire, the tallest Mountain in the Big Horn Crags, with an elevation of 10,082 feet.

From this view you can see south towards Fishfin peak, the jagged fin on the far left, Sheepeater Mountain in the center and Aggaipah mountain to the right. The elevation of both Sheepeater and Aggaipah Mountains is 9,920 feet. Ship Island lake is visible on the right.

These photos were taken on a back packing trip into the Big Horn Crags, in which we stayed on Ship Island lake for a few days and climbed both Mount McGuire and Sheepeater Mountain. Take a look at more photos from the Big Horn Crags to see more of the area.
